Bila Hari Berlalu..: Stressed!

itu sahaja cerita pasal stress kali ini..stressed ade quizzes itu biasa. nex week aku ade 2 quizzes di hari yg same! How to manage the stress? according to Dr.Reza's lecture.. relaxation exercise mcm ala2 yoga but in a simple ways, take a deep breath, close the eyes, focus on breathing and sorts..= tak mampu nak buat skrg. seterusnye adalah.. sleep! pilihan yg bijak bak kata dr.reza aku nak tido. ... Status Semasa. not in the mood!! :( panas..geram.rasa nak maki ...
